Who we are
This website is operated by Harmony, a hearing care center in Amman, Jordan. In this policy, “Harmony”, “we” and “us” refer to Harmony. You can reach us using the details on our Contact page.
What information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this website:
- Appointment requests: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add.
- Contact messages: your name, phone number, email address and your message.
- Doctor referrals: the referring doctor’s name, clinic, phone and email, and the patient’s name, phone number, age, reason for referral and any notes.
- Quote requests from professionals: your name, organisation, phone, email and the details of your request.
Some of this information, such as the reason for an appointment or referral, may relate to your health. Please only share what is needed for us to help you.
When a form is submitted, our website also records basic technical information such as the date and time, the page it was sent from, your IP address and browser type. This helps us prevent spam and fix problems.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your appointment, enquiry or referral.
- To prepare for your visit and provide the care or products you ask for.
- To respond to requests from doctors, clinics and hospitals.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your information is seen only by the Harmony team members who need it to help you. We may share it with:
- Service providers who host and run this website and our email, under appropriate confidentiality.
- A manufacturer or supplier, only when this is needed to provide a product or service you asked for, such as ordering a hearing aid or implant part.
- Authorities, when we are required to do so by law.
Doctor referrals
If you are a doctor sending us a referral, please make sure your patient has agreed to share their details with Harmony. We use referral information only to contact the patient and arrange their care.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as the law requires. Form submissions that do not lead to an appointment are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work properly, for example to remember your language choice. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
